These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any of Linguisco Inc.'s Products and associated digital services (“Program”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of our Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Access

Upon successful payment, you receive full access to Linguisco Inc.'s online French program. All course materials are delivered digitally through our learning platform. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within this period.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be made in writing via email to info@linguisco.com within 14 calendar days of purchase.

• You must not have accessed more than 25% of the course content (approximately 18 videos ). If you exceed this threshold, the refund request will be denied, regardless of time remaining.

• Refunds are not available after the 14-day window under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to abuse or violate the spirit of this policy.

3. Subscription Billing and Cancellation

By enrolling in a subscription plan, you agree to automatic, recurring charges on the schedule you selected at checkout (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via by contacting support at info@linguisco.com

• Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not entitle you to a refund for prior charges unless covered by our 14-day refund policy above.

• It is your responsibility to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before renewal may not take effect in time. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time after billing.

4. Account Sharing and Access Restrictions

Each user account is intended for one individual only. Sharing login credentials, account access, or content with others is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to monitor account activity for unusual behavior. Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All product's/program content including but not limited to videos, audio, written materials, downloadable PDFs, lesson slides, interactive tools, visuals, and all related digital assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Linguisco Inc. and is protected under the Canadian Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42) and applicable international copyright treaties.

By purchasing access to the course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy course materials in whole or in part

• Share, transfer, or sell access to your account or any content within

• Upload, publish, or distribute the content on any public or private platform (including YouTube, Telegram, forums, or social media)

• Record or screenshot videos, slides, or platform interfaces for redistribution

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any course content

Violation of these terms constitutes an infringement of copyright and may result in:

• Immediate termination of access without refund

• Legal action, including civil and criminal penalties under Canadian law

Linguisco Inc. actively monitors unauthorized use and will pursue violations to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linguisco Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or content.

We make no guarantees of specific learning outcomes, test scores, or immigration-related results. Your progress depends on your personal effort, engagement, and consistency.

7. Course Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, or remove course content periodically to maintain the quality and relevance of the Program.

While we aim to provide 24/7 platform access, we may temporarily disable the site for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues without prior notice.

8. Testimonials and Feedback

By submitting testimonials, reviews, or feedback, you grant Linguisco Inc. the right to use, edit, and display this content in our marketing and promotional materials, including social media and website, with or without your first name, unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Modification of Terms

Linguisco Inc. reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, to which you irrevocably submit.
